By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions:You must be 19+ in order to commission me. Breaking this term will result in blacklisting.Note: I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior warning.My Rights
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
I cannot resell your commission for personal and/or commercial projects unless otherwise agreed upon.
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal for any reason.
Please understand that art takes a lot of time and effort. Though I work to complete commissions in a timely manner, it may still take a while. I will try to quote an estimated time, though it is never guaranteed. However, if you have been waiting for longer than 2 continuous weeks without hearing from me, go ahead and send me a message with a kind reminder. Something may have gotten mixed up :)Usage
You may reupload the commission done for you ONLY as long as proper credit is given along with a DIRECT link back to at least one of my main social media: Toyhouse, DeviantArt, or Instagram.
My art cannot ever be used in any blockchain system or be sold, minted, or otherwise associated with NFT or cryptocurrency.
You may use the completed commission for personal/private use.
You cannot claim the work to be your own, edit/set it up for redistribution, nor can you use it for commercial projects unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon.
My commissioned work may be included in the sale or resale of characters.Payment
You agree to not file any fraudulent callbacks against me.
All payments are in USD via PayPal, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Payments are to be made through the invoice method ONLY. Do not send payment any other way or I will not accept it. Please wait for me to invoice you.
For any purchase of my art services less than $100 USD, payment is required in full upfront. Any purchase exceeding or equal to $100 USD can have payment plans set up, depending on price and circumstances. (pw: princess kohaku)
Payment (partial or full depending on total price) is expected within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent. If payment is not received by then, I will be unable to complete the requested art services. Please ask if you need more time.
Once the price has been set and the commission is started, a full refund is not available. Refunds are not a guarantee and will vary depending on the state of completion and the situation.
If no rules or terms have been broken, I will likely allow a refund. If I have already fully completed it, no refund can be given.Process
I require at least one clear visual reference for character art.
Once I start your commission, I will send at least one sketch for approval before moving to the inking stage. If you do not like the sketch or want something changed, let me know at that stage. I retain the right to reuse rejected sketches/concepts at a later time (of course, not of your specific character).
For shaded commissions, I can send you a low-resolution work-in-progress pre-shading preview upon request. If you wish for any edits, let me know then, as once I start finalizing those steps, any big changes may cost an additional fee. However, if I have made a mistake or missed a detail that was on the reference sheet, I will fix that for free.
Upon completion, you will receive a non-tangible, full-size digital file.
Sometimes I may offer to do edits after submitting the completed work. This is only available for a limited time, usually 24 hours. After that, I will likely be unable to change anything, as sometimes I clear the original files. This also only applies to minor edits, as big changes may cost extra.
